This brand honors a commitment to preserving a historic property site. The project partners enlisted Cooper House to create a strong foundation for the property and a purposeful digital presence intended to tell the story of Villa Teresa.
The brand is inarguably modern with reverence to the history of the site—a former convent and school that will be developed into a boutique hotel in the coming years.
The palette evokes the beauty of the ancient trees that line the property and the clean palette of the stone buildings.
Distinctive typefaces were selected to add depth to the existing primary logo, further allowing the narrative to take center stage.
