The visual brand for Grandmark is designed to signal the significant evolution of the property. The renovation is contemporary with special care paid to the applications of materials and finishes.
Originally built in 1981, local developers Ward Coe and Bill Shdeed redesigned Grandmark in 2018 as a modern lifestyle concept.
