Villa Teresa Residences
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
A Familiar Street — A New Way Of Life
At the city center, Villa Teresa Residences has reimagined a Midtown residence, providing a mix of the mellow and the metropolitan. Villa’s contemporary architecture and concealed courtyards make up a self-contained sanctuary, set to the backdrop of the downtown Oklahoma City skyline.
The Villa Teresa Residences aesthetic was created first by the commitment to preserving this historic property site and the beautiful architecture designed by Fitzsimmons Architects to work with the unique location. Though a brand mark existed from the earliest days of the concept, as the project came closer to launching the partners enlisted Cooper House to create a strong foundation for the property and a purposeful digital presence intended to tell the story of Villa Teresa.

The brand is inarguably modern, but created with reverence to the history of the site, a former convent and school that will be developed into a boutique hotel in the coming years. The palette is defined by the materials of the new buildings and the existing grounds. It evokes the beauty of the ancient trees that line the property and the clean palette of the stone buildings. The typefaces were selected to add a distinctive appeal to the existing primary mark, and then allow the narrative to take center stage as the messaging invites the audience to embrace the duality of life in Midtown, both beautiful and serene, but also connected and contemporary.
