The Bower
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Urban living with a neighborhood feel.
The Bower offers the very best of small-community living within an urban setting. The word bower is defined as a pleasant, shady place beneath trees. Every detail of the property reflects this aesthetic, from the connecting front yards to the construction–every floorplan is designed to have light flowing throughout the space. Each home is named for classic characters in books about gardens and forests. Thoughtful details are tucked into every element at The Bower.

The Bower founders Kara Lewallen and Richard McKown sought to create a place for families to live and grow within Oklahoma City’s urban center—a space rooted in peaceful, community-centric living, all situated within a beautiful setting. Cooper House’s approach captures the essence of dwelling in a comfortable, inspiring environment while drawing on natural elements.
The brand identity mirrors The Bower resident’s experience: viewing the world from within an inspiring setting. The logo takes the shape of a cottage window looking out on a canopy of tree branches. Since these homes embody clean and modern design, we chose crisp lines to balance the arc of the outline and interwoven trees.
